Before placing an order, you will have the opportunity to review your order and correct any errors.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket. We will confirm receipt of your order by email.
A contract between you and us is formed when we accept your order. Acceptance takes place when we send you an order confirmation email or dispatch confirmation email.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where:

6. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.
The total price, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, will be shown before you place your order.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
Payment must be made in full before an order is processed, unless another payment method is expressly offered and selected at checkout.
We will not charge you any hidden fees. Any delivery costs or additional charges will be clearly displayed before you place your order.
7. Delivery
We deliver to the locations shown on our website or at checkout.
Delivery options, estimated delivery times, and delivery costs will be displayed before you place your order.
Our standard estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from order confirmation, unless a different delivery estimate is shown on the product page or at checkout.
Some products may be shipped directly from suppliers, manufacturers, or fulfilment partners. We may use third-party fulfilment services, including DSers or similar platforms, to process and arrange delivery.
Even where products are shipped directly by a supplier or fulfilment partner, your contract is with us. We remain responsible for ensuring that the product you receive conforms to your order and your consumer rights.
We will aim to deliver your order within the estimated delivery period. If no delivery time has been agreed, we will deliver the goods without undue delay and, in any event, within 30 days after the contract is formed, unless we agree otherwise with you.
Once your order has been dispatched, we may provide tracking information where available.
If delivery is delayed, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them.
8. Your Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us by email at:
You may include your order number and product name to help us process your cancellation more quickly.
You are not required to give a reason for cancelling.
After telling us that you wish to cancel, you must return the goods to us within 14 calendar days.
Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details on cancellations, returns, refund timing, return shipping costs, and exceptions.
9. Returns and Refunds
If you cancel your order because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we agree otherwise.
We will refund the price paid for the goods and the standard delivery cost, if you paid for standard delivery. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we will only refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at the time of purchase.
We will issue the refund within 14 calendar days of the earlier of:
- the day we receive the returned goods; or
- the day you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back.
We may reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced because of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Customers may inspect products as they would in a shop, but must take reasonable care of the goods while they are in their possession.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless we agree otherwise. You will not be charged a fee for receiving the refund.
