Refund policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to customers who purchase goods from our online store as consumers in the United Kingdom.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

1. Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by sending an email to:

You may include the following information to help us process your return more quickly:

  • your order number,
  • the name of the product,
  • your contact details,
  • the reason for return, if you wish to provide one.

You are not required to provide a reason for cancellation.

2. Returning the Goods

After informing us that you wish to cancel your order, you must send the goods back to us within 14 calendar days.

We will provide return instructions after receiving your cancellation request by email.

The goods should be returned with reasonable care. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop, but you must not handle them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Where possible, please return the goods in their original packaging or in suitable packaging that protects them during transit.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning goods because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us, unless we agree otherwise.

If the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us before returning them. In such cases, we will inform you how to proceed and, where required by law, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

We may reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value caused by unnecessary handling, use, damage, or failure to take reasonable care of the goods.

This does not affect your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods.

5. Refunds

Once you cancel your order and return the goods, we will refund the amount you paid for the goods.

If you paid for standard delivery, we will also refund the standard delivery cost. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we will only refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at the time of purchase.

We will issue the refund within 14 calendar days of the earlier of:

  • the day we receive the returned goods; or
  • the day you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless we agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fee for receiving the refund.

6. Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect or Misdescribed Goods

If your product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us by email at:

  • your order number,
  • the name of the product,
  • a description of the issue,
  • photos showing the fault, damage, or issue, where possible.

We will review your complaint and inform you of the next steps.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement, or other remedy under UK consumer law.

7. Exceptions

Some goods may be excluded from the right to cancel where permitted by law, including but not limited to:

  • goods made to your specification or clearly personalised;
  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery;
  • goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.

These exceptions do not apply where the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
