1. Shipping of Products

2. Delivery Locations

We deliver to the locations shown on our website or at checkout.

If delivery to your location is not available, you will not be able to complete the order or we may contact you to cancel and refund the order.

3. Processing and Delivery Time

Our standard estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from the date your order is confirmed, unless a different delivery estimate is shown on the product page or at checkout.

Business days do not usually include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the product, supplier, delivery destination, customs processing, courier delays, postal delays, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

If no specific delivery time has been agreed with you, we will deliver your order without undue delay and, in any event, within 30 days after the contract is formed, unless we agree a different delivery timeframe with you.
